Join Chrissy for an exciting and challenging workshop that delves into the art of weightlessness through arm balance postures. This session is designed to help you cultivate mindfulness and ease while pushing your limits and unlocking your potential.
Whether you're aiming to perfect your crow pose or explore various arm balances, this workshop offers a supportive, judgment-free environment where you can practice and play. We will engage in drills that strengthen both your body and mind, preparing you for flight, while discovering new possibilities, and strength within.

Release & Restore: A Therapeutic Yoga Journey
Unwind tension, soothe sore muscles, and melt into deep relaxation with our Release & Restore yoga class. This unique practice combines myofascial release using therapy balls, yin yoga, and restorative poses to help you move with greater ease and comfort.
Students will use therapy balls to gently massage tight areas, releasing built-up stress and improving circulation. Yin postures will guide you into deep stretches, targeting connective tissues and enhancing flexibility. Finally, we’ll settle into restful restorative poses, allowing your body and mind to fully recharge.
This class is perfect for anyone looking to relieve tension, improve mobility, and cultivate a sense of calm. No prior experience needed—just bring your breath, an open mind, and a willingness to unwind.
