We started out ‘just’ doing yoga 20 years ago, but now we do so much more for our community.
Did you know that Sol is an integrated s-corp & non-profit? We offer a full menu of fee-for-service & donation based services simultaneously. And when our s-corp has profits, it goes right back into the non profit. You can both give and receive at Sol.
The Earth goes to sleep, and we to use this time of cold and dark to heal, rest, and build energy for the next season of growth.
We will use asana, yoda nidra, journaling and warming winter-inspired meal to ready ourselves for this season, and cultivate rituals we can do to support our rest this winter.
