Aerial Teacher Training Weekend

We are now offering an incredible opportunity to explore and integrate the support of aerial silks into your yoga, practice and teaching.  The Sol community is looking to build our pool of aerial yoga teachers and hope to offer more classes in 2025.  This training would be a prerequisite to offering these classes.

10 CEU hours with experienced Aerial yoga teacher trainer, Kristina Molinari will provide you a basic training and tools to incorporate, aerial yoga into your teaching or lead a basic aerial yoga class.  It will also serve as a refresher for those that are already trained to teach Aerial yoga, but may be out of the practice.   If you are currently a certified aerial Yoga Teacher, your participation would be welcomed at a 50% discounted rate if there are silks available.

It is highly recommended that you supplement these 10 CEU hours with additional aerial yoga classes currently offered at Sol Yoga prior to this training.   This will prepare you and enhance your experience of the training weekend.
