Take some time during the busyness of the holiday season to find rest and balance. We will begin the workshop with a slow flow focusing on warming poses to build our own heat. We will then settle into a yoga Nidra practice where you will be guided through a journey of self-reflection. We will then circle up to learn about some common and not-so-common herbs that are helpful during the winter months, and you will mix your own tea blend to take home with you.
