This ALL-LEVELS workshop has been designed to build strength + stability in your yoga practice and teach you how to INVERT!
This workshop will include:
-a slow-moving vinyasa-style sequence sequenced to begin to warm the joints & muscles to prepare the body for inverting.
-a unique combination of yoga-based strength drills with handouts of the exercises
-breakdown of how to do the following poses: shoulder stand, headstand, forearm stand, crow pose, and handstand!
There will be modifications specifically offered to accommodate beginners & advanced practitioners. No matter your experience level, there will be something for you to do and work on in this workshop.
Stay for the end of the workshop for Questions & Answers on everything inversions and some light complimentary snacks & beverages 💖
