This 3-week series will help you build strength + stability in your yoga practice and teach you how to balance on your hands & get upside down! The class will include a unique combination of yoga-based strength drills incorporated into a flow to help build internal heat. Then Ali will guide you through several poses over our three weeks, including crow, baby crow, side crow, 8-angle pose, scale pose (aka elevated lotus), headstand, forearm stands, and handstands.
Each class will build upon the next; however, you are more than welcome can drop-in to any of the lessons!
There will be modifications specifically offered to accommodate beginners & advanced practitioners. No matter your experience level, there will be something for you to do and work on in this series.
Series cost $59, or $29 for Sol Members.
Drop-ins cost $29 or $19 for Sol Members.
