Join dorcas in studio earth to celebrate the shortest day of the year (sun sets at 4:47pm) and transition mindfully into winter. Enjoy 30 min of sun salutes to warm the body followed by a deep 20 min hibernation (yoga nidra) topped off with a few journal prompts to help orient you in and through the season of introspection.
