 Explore how refreshing walking meditation can be!  This ancient technique is wonderful for increasing relaxation, focus, presence, and mental clarity.  Find it challenging to sit still for meditation?  Try walking!  It's often a great choice for restlessness, poor circulation, body aches, or mental sleepiness.  And it supports digestion and getting good sleep!  We'll try several variations.
