This 75-minute pop-up yoga class is for ANYONE looking to build strength + stability, balance on their hands & get upside down!
The class will include a unique combination of yoga-based strength drills incorporated into a flow to help build internal heat.
Ali will include poses like crow, baby crow, forearm stand, and a headstand in this class. If you have a posture that you want to be included - you can request it at the start of our practice!
There will be modifications specifically offered to accommodate beginners & advanced practitioners. No matter your experience level, there will be something for you to do and work on in this specialty class!
