Missing time in an aerial silk or curious about aerial? Join Aerial teacher, Kristina Molinari-O'Boyle for an evening aerial class. This class is for all levels. Class time will include safety reminders, strength building postures, optional time for inversions and will end with sweet restorative postures and a deep restful savasana*.

* As always with aerial, remember to wear long sleeves with no zippers, remove any jewelry that may snag the silk and keep scents to a minimum - thank you.
