Spring is a time of growth, energy, and renewal. As the Earth springs forth with new life it is the ideal time for us to shed our winter skin and begin eating lighter, moving more, and to start projects or new habits.
In this Mindful Detox, we will take this energy and channel it toward healthier habits in what we eat, transitioning from the heavier diet of winter to the lighter diet of spring.

journal about the energies we want to cultivate in spring
end with a rejuvenating yoga nidra practice
