This first invitation is for your radical self - the brave part of you that dares to be exposed. Do you write, sing, tell a badass story? I need 5 volunteers willing to shine for 5-10 minutes at Brave Space this Sunday at 4pm. Text me if you are up for it. And feel free to join community meal & meeting after.
Next Saturday, Nov 7 from 6-11am, join me to Go Deeper in a special ‘training’ inviting you to peel back the layers, the masks, the barriers to your true self. This practice is for those that are genuinely interested in using yoga as a process to help to lift self-ignorance and reveal the bliss of your soul. DIscover where you might be holding back, hiding, unwiling to surrender - are you willing to courageously discover your deeper realms of truth? I will over a churning practice, provocative prompts for discussion and passionate participation in the revealing process that yoga is. Healed people heal people.
