Just in time for Valentine's Day! The yoga sequences in this workshop have been chosen with sexy time in mind. This workshop will include sequences to strengthen the pelvic floor, both important for continence as we grow older, and VITAL for stronger and longer orgasms. We will also discuss popular sex positions, and how certain yoga postures can help warm up muscles, prevent pain, and increase pleasure during sexy time.
