A monthly opportunity to reset and rejuvenate body and mind. In this candlelit workshop, we aim to reduce stress and relieve tension with yoga poses, mindfulness, and meditation.
Class begins with body scans, breathwork, affirmation and intention setting. The yoga pose sequence will incorporate slow, meditative movements to ground the parasympathetic nervous system, aiding in our ability to "rest and digest." Class will close with longer held, restorative postures with all the props you desire, an extended savasana (final rest), and a guided candlelit meditation to seal in the practice.
