Event Descriptions:

Winnie the Pooh Yoga for Children - Children explore basic yoga poses and breathing techniques to help Pooh find his honey. Inspired by AA Milne's classic characters. Led by Chuck Georgius

Yoga on & Off the Mat (Yamas & Niyamas) - Yoga lives with you even after you step off your mat! Dive deep into the Yamas & Niyamas: the first two limbs of yoga that guide how we live, relate, and care for ourselves and others. Through gentle movement, reflective journaling, and collective discussion, you’ll embody each principle and learn how to carry this wisdom into your everyday life. All you need to bring is your curious mind! Led by Jessica Mercadante

Mindfulness Meal - Slow down, savor, and reconnect with the present moment through the art of mindful eating. In this guided session, participants will explore how food can be more than nourishment—it can be a practice of awareness, gratitude, and inner calm. This workshop will incorporate aspects of Ayurvedic eating for the season and will be ovo-lacto vegetarian-friendly. Led by Kathy Quinlan

Elemental Yoga - Explore the elements of yoga through movement, breathwork, and practices that connect you to the elements of earth, water, and fire. Led by Brooke Harper

Yoga & Recovery - Explore the tools of movement, breath, and meditation as tools to support recovery and build community and connection in recovery. Led by Diana Campbell

Inversion Practice - This active practice will include: Sun Salutations, body conditioning and several inversions. Levels will be built in for individuals to focus on particular inversions or conditioning while listening to motivating music.  This workshop closes with a well-earned Savasana. Led by Dan Levin

Sleepytime Workshop - Learn sleep tips that include psychoeducation on good sleep hygiene and use of the five senses. Practice will include poses with gentle hands on adjustments and ending in a rejuvenating yogic sleep. Led by Cia Parker

Breath & Body Works - Discover the powerful connection between breath and movement. We’ll wake up the body with energizing breathwork, move through gentle flows to embody your breath to guide your practice, and end with breathwork to calm your body and mind. Leave with tools to connect with your breath both on and off the mat. Avoid a heavy breakfast before class. Led by Jessica Mercandante

Stay Akward, Brave & Kind - Our bodies are wired for survival. Yoga works with the tools of breath and body to reach into our nervous system and gently, lovingly, de-escalate our sense of threat, so that we may soften into our furry animal selves: Awkward, Brave, and Kind. In this practice, you will gain insight into your Autonomic Nervous System, its gifts and challenges, and how to partner with it through pranayama (breath) and asana (posture) to stay soft-hearted with a strong back. *thank you to Brené Brown for this phrase she coined in her writing about living a whole-hearted life, healing shame with vulnerability. Led by Adrien Gehring

Aerial Hammock Fun - A fun aerial hammock practice for beginners (yet all levels welcome). Includes safety awareness, gentle/slow flow stretches that focus on spinal health, mobility, and alignment, AND a few fun tricks.  Ends in a deep and restful guided yogic sleep. Led by Cia Parker

Human Touch - Hug Workshop - In today’s often disconnected world, we can forget the simple, profound medicine of human touch. Practice presence, safety, and connection with education, breathwork, and guided exercises to rediscover the healing power of mindful touch. Come with an open heart, curiosity, and a willingness to share space with others in a safe, supportive environment. Led by Annabelle Thunderbird
