Join Toby on New Year's Day to sweat out the old and breathe in the New Year! Class will begin with pranayama (breathwork) followed by a slow flow to bring some heat, easing into gentle stretches, and finish out with restorative yoga postures. During savasana (final rest) enjoy a sound bath of chanting and Koshi wind chimes.
