A Fall Exploration of the Root Chakra
As the leaves change and the natural world begins to slow down, fall invites us to turn inward, reconnect with the earth, and cultivate a deeper sense of grounding and stability. Join us for A Fall Exploration of the Root Chakra, a workshop dedicated to exploring the energy of our foundation—the place where we cultivate safety, security, belonging, and connection to the present moment.
Through asana (yoga postures), breathwork, mindfulness, and guided discussion, we’ll explore ways to nourish and balance the root chakra, both on and off the mat. We’ll consider how seasonal foods, intentional breathing, and mindful practices can help us feel more rooted, supported, and connected as we move through the transitions of autumn.
Open to all levels, this workshop will include an active, non-flow yoga practice designed to build awareness, strength, and stability, along with breathwork and opportunities for reflection and discussion. Whether you’re looking to deepen your yoga practice, find steadiness amid change, or simply create space to reconnect with yourself, this gathering offers an invitation to slow down, ground down, and embrace the grounding wisdom of the fall season.
Held in studio Earth, 256 west Patrick St.
