Monday Nights in October & November - Small Group Workbook Study
Hyper-independence or codependence are very common relational patterns that can lead to deterioration, disease, and destruction in our ourselves, our families and communities.
We strive for healthy interdependence - which is when people can care for each other while maintaining individual identities, boundaries, responsibilities, and choices.
Anyone is welcome to join this small group study. We will be utilizing the 12 step workbook from CODA, codependents anonymous, to explore healthy relationships.
Sol hosts two meetings of CODA weekly. This one on Monday evening evenings as well as Friday morning at 7:30 AM.
Meetings are held at 256 West Patrick Street, 1st floor. Hot water, tea (and sometimes coffee!) are available.
Come as early as 6:30 PM for pre-meeting connection. Also preceding this gathering are two options for a yoga class from 5:30 to 6:30 PM. Hot flow, yoga, or moderate non flow yoga. A great way to prepare for this introspective work.
