The purpose of the workshop is to provide significant time and opportunity for review of alignment in inversions, with a focus on shoulder stand, headstand, handstand, and forearm stand. A recent review on the scientific literature on inversion practice shows potential significant benefits to the circulatory and nervous systems, and many people find inversions fun and expressive. The workshop will not only help participants learn to “do inversions”, but will engage them in drills and approaches that will show what “inversions can do for them”.
