Restore your body, mind and spirit in the support of an aerial silk. This all levels workshop will include safety reminders, warm ups, and restorative postures designed to release tension bringing deep rest to your nervous system. Yoga mats and blankets will be used in this workshop.

***As always with aerial, please remember to wear a shirt with sleeves and without zippers. You will be asked to remove any jewelry that may snag the silk and we ask you keep scents to a minimum.
