One must learn more and self-study deeply to grow in this practice. And growing in this practice, will translate directly to grow in your being and your life.

Yoga Teacher Training is the way to this growth. It offers a strong connected community and seasoned teachers and a curriculum to guide you in your self discovery through the practice plus education to learn what many teachers that have come before us have passed down.

Ways to play:

1) Apply. Make it known you’d like to join. Even if it’s a fantasy and you can’t figure out how it would all work out. Don’t let any amount of doubt, insecurity or fear stop you from filling out the form. Whether you do it this year or sometime in the future, make the application so the process has begun.

2) wait to hear from us. We like to talk to you. Make sure its a good fit and help you figure out the next steps.

3) Training is available to everyone. If you are financially resourced, your best bet is to pay upfront for the cheapest rate and get yourself a membership too. If you are bold and committed and practice at Sol all the time, we’d recommend the Lifetime Membership with LIfetime Acesss to Teacher Training. It will save you A LOT of money. If cash on hand is not you jam, but you do have resources, we have payment plans. If you just can’t afford the whole thing, you can apply for a partial scholarship. And beyond that we do barter and if you are a resident in our community, you have special access to this life changing program.
