Dive deeper into yourself in this half day mini retreat at Sol to support your nervous system! The Earth goes to sleep and we are meant to use this time of cold and dark to heal, rest, and build energy for the next season of growth.
We will use grounding restorative practices, yoda nidra, journaling and enjoy a warming winter-inspired meal to ready ourselves for this season and cultivate rituals we can do to support our rest this winter.
