Yoga works, if you work it! This simple morning practice is life changing, if you can find the time to just do it! But it’s more than just time, its support and accountability! Come for both and start your day off with an effective practice to support overall health and energy, invite transformation of stubborn unhealthy habits and foster connection with life. 45 minutes will allow time for tending to the body, breathwork and meditation. Frequency is more important than duration, so you are encouraged to attend daily or as frequently as you can to build healthy habits.
Led by a variety of Sol Community teachers and practitioners including many who have experienced the benefits of a daily practice - or a 40 day transformational journey. Lets do it together!
